Need advice for Guntersville in late February?

Featured Replies

I fish the flw collegiate circuit and we have a tournament during the last week of February.  I am from south carolina and have never been to the lake before.  There is no grass lakes around here either so i am unfamiliar with fising hydrilla and millfoil.  From past tournaments i have come to the conclusion that most people throw rattle baits in the grass.  Red crawfish type patterns seem to do good.  My questions are: What are some other productive techniques, what depth to look for, and some names of some productive creeks.  Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
