I am trying to go up and watch my bro in a tourney on Sat at Clear Lake and was wondering if there are any boat rentals open now. Also what kind of boats? I looked around and saw "disney rentals" and the ones at konocti. Is the 200+ dollar rental for a little aluminum boat? Anyone know anything about these? I have access to a Achilles inflatable with a nice 4 stroke but would you have to get that inpected (quagga mussle) ? Any info would be great. I wish i had a lake / bass boat but just sold my Farallon and will be in the market soon.

You found wht's available. You may be able to get one a Konocti because of the tournament, but last year they did not have any out during the last week of the month. Disney has some. Most are about 15' with a 35hp outboard. I found them all taken by the time I got there. If I recall, the $200.00 rig is a party barge.

Thanks for the info...It's not a huge deal if i can't get out.  I just thought it would be fun.  I will see what they have (if anything).  However if they are renting, I am sure others will have the same idea lol
