fishing video game advice?

Featured Replies

ok i finally got a room in my gf's house i can relax and play video games. with the fishing season winding down and the start of games again after a good 3 year break from them i need a new game. what good fishing games do they have for PS2. i used to have one on PS1 that had the whole fishing reel/rod thing to play and it was cool but i need some better graphics

WAIT

dont spend another cent.

On November 14th Nintendo is Releasing the Wii, they new video game system.

This amazing system has a controler like no other. It is shaped like a TV remote, But when you move your controler, you can play the game.

In fighting games, you aim your controler to shoot or swing it to punch. In football games, you "throw" the ball, catch the ball, and stiff-arm using controler movment.

In fishing games, you use the controler as a rod handle. Giving it the slightest movments you can twich your worm, walk the dog, cast, set the hook, and more.

On december 15th Rapala is releasing a fishing game for the Wii. This isn't your old plug-into-tv game. It has amazing graphics. AMAZING. you can fish for over 20 speceis, including Peacock bass, SM and LM. You can customize all your tackle, rods, boats, clothing, everything. And fish from mulitable places from all over the world.

this will be by for the most realalistic fishing game ever made. If you want a game as close as realife as you can, this is it.

the system cost $250 and the game $50, but it is well worth it.

well in the future i may look into it  but right now i wanna spend like 20 bucks on a used fishing game thats pretty good for ps2. do u know  any

check Amazon.com. You should be able to find several games. Often you can get them for under $10 a peice.

And i dont really know much about PS2 games.... anything Rapala or Avtivision should be good.

Rapala Pro Fishing is by far the best fishing game out right now, and they have it on PS2. You should buy it, but it might be a good idea to rent it at your local video store first, just to make sure you like it.

i have rapala fishing, bass strike, reel fishing 3, and mark davises game if u can find bass strike id strongly recomend it

i have rapala and mark davis. I like rapalas graphics and the custom things you can do, but I cant stand how you can only fish cranks, jerks and topwaters. no soft plastics or jigs of any kind and only rapala lures and rapala rod reels and they are all spinning reels and rod combos. Still fun and it is a multi species game.

well i got the rapala game and i think the graphics look great but otherwise the game SUCKS!! i hate the no trolling motor thing forst off. the lure choices suck and the general game play of reeling and fighting the fish is horrible. anyway being a happy *** i am now hunting down every fishing game they make for ps2 lol i already have Top Angler, and Fishermans bass club on there way.im also gonna hopefully get mark davis tonite and then reel fishing3 in a couple days. a few days later sega bass fishing. lol im gonna get and play every game they make till i find a few i like

if anyone wants to try the rapala game ill sell it for 10 bucks shipped

Yeah the game gets boring quick. Not enough bass fishing and too much salmon and stuff. The lure choices are all rapalla so no plastics, boo.
