Awesome pics.

those russian in the mud were actually laughing.  i guess a person can get used to anything.

I especially like the Bolivian road of death.  a snootful of coke and awaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay we go. YEEEHAAAAW

Thanks for sharing. So what's a few potholes or a little slow traffic in the USA? This makes me appreciate  what we have here.

thanks for the link

cool stuff!

;D I work for the highway department and it makes you appreciate the science and what our guys have done over the past 100 years. I'm not taking any credit for it.  I sow grass.   :)

The application of science in all fields has advanced our society.   We have one farmer doing what it took 95 to do back in the 20ties.

That lets the other 94 become proficient in something else, like bass fishing!  ;D

Ahhh... for the good old days of bad roads and poor drinking water!   ;)

Hey LR,

Good link and like that web site.  Spent some time on that one, very interesting stuff.

Intersted in taking the lightnin' to Russia?

;D

;D  I wouldn't even try a high-wasted F350 4X4 much less my low-slung, 2X2 Lightning.

Dan

I agree, think I would be hesitant to take a lightning down a dirt if I had one.

That F350 4x4 with the right setup might be fun on those roads though.

OK, what's with the guy with no pants?

Heck, I took my old Scout II down a road like the first one once (on a dare).  Made it all the way down it, too.  I'm amazed that regular cars are expected to drive down these.

Cart,

Maybe his pants are stuck in the mud somewhere?  :-/  Or maybe he just likes to go "pantless" in the spring.
