Help with my knee.

Featured Replies

This past summer I tweaked my knee jumping off my buddies boat. Iam afraid to go see a doctor for one reason only. My job makes me be on my job for 8 plus hours a day. Iam also afraid he would make me do a office job. I can't sit by a computer all day. Plus my knee hurts more after a few hours of sitting then standing or walking on it. What do you guy think I should do?

im no expert but in my experiances whenever ive injured a body part(all sports related) the longer ive waited to get it looked a the worse its gotten.a few years ago i tweeked a finger playin football an didnt get it looked an an kept playin by the end of practice it had been abused even more an was at least 3 times its normal size.also ive gotten a concussion snowboarding an waited to tell the ski patrol an it made it get worse as i ketp blacking out an al most threw up...sorry for rambling on but i think its beter for u to get any and all injuries checked out as they will get worse over time

Go see a doctor.  Knees are full of cartilage, if you think it will be a bad situation at work now, remember, it will be worse later.  Face it, tackle it, move on to the next dilemma.

Go see a doctor. Waiting can only make things worse. You may find that it's nothing major or that it needs minor surgery that won't put you down for long. The longer you wait the worse it can be.
