For the 50 somethings.

Featured Replies

For all you guys getting a little older this is just a reminder. When you hit 50 do a little preventitive maintanance. See your Doc and have him explain what you need to keep a eye on and do what he suggest. It will save you in the long run. Do not put things off, trust me, its for your own good as well as your loved ones.  :)

Hey buddy,

How ya feelin'?

Everything ok?  Send me a pm if ya wanna talk

I am fine Avid. Thanks for the concern. My health has been very poor and I am spooked but, thats life, ya know? I think I will be fine, its the thinking about it thats the killer. The good news is I had a dream the other night that I was in a motel room with Catherine Zeta Jones, Shakira, Jessica Alba and Alicia Keys and a quart jar of honey !!!,lol. Hey, back to fishin, how has it been in Florida? I have not been out much but, did manage a 5-14 recently, no, it was green, lol. Smallies have been few and far between on big ones this year, at least the fives. Lots of 2-4's but, the fives have been few. I am a winter fishing guy for smallies anyway. I am ready for December, at least for big fish. Again, thanks for your concern.---Jim :)

we missed you Jim!

Hope all is well, I feel like I missed something here.

Because of my migraines, I enrolled for a national neurological study.  Aside from having 7 neurologists instead of 1, I also have a full work up every 8 months.  If nothing else, it's nice to be given that clean bill of health telling me I don't have Aids, Diabetes,Cancer, etc.  No wondering when you are tested so often.

Wow, that is strange.....It wasnt but a little while ago I started a thread wondering where you were.   ;)

Glad to see you are doing well enough to come back to the boards. Keep yourself well.

Hi, Jim, I hope you are felling better. Those doctor visits can get you down but it is good to hear from you. Last year was my year of the doctor so hopefully that will be over for a while now and the same for you. I will remember you in my prayers. We all have to enjoy what we have because there is no grantee of tomorrow at any age in life.
