On Saturday, my dog got into my trash and, while trying to eat some rib bones, swallowed some fishing line.  She is OK now, as she eventually expelled the line by vomiting, but while searching online for antidotes, this website was displayed in one of my searches:

I have to say this is as bad as any anti-angling site I've found.  Maybe you all are already aware of this group but, if not, I thought you should be.  This is in the United Kingdom so I don't know what kind of world wide influence this group has.  Is anyone familiar with these people?

What a horrid site!    Fortunately, it looks like it hasn't been updated in a while, so it probabl doesn't get a lot of heavy internet traffic.

I guess those people are also against nature's way of getting fish (bears, eagles, etc.).

haha,,that reminds me of an episod eof futurana i once saw...on it a bunch of hipies were protestin a fast foods place an claimed to have a lion they got to eat tofu and when they brough it out the lion was skinny an miscolored an pulled out a sign sayin "please kill me" or somthing along those lines
