Featured Replies

do any of u guies ike hunting or archery.

do any of u know if it is legal to shoot bows in your back yard

Yes, next to fishing, bow hunting is my next love. I hunt in my yard as I have three acres of woods and my stand is 25 yards from my deck so, yes, as long as it is a bow. I do not shoot a gun here as I am to close to a county road and I stay legal. I guess each state has its own regs. I like to shoot 3D and there is a archery shop about 10 miles down the road. It will hone your skills.

You are ok in most places, but do know that certain cities, towns, etc., consider a bow a firearm... I used to live in one such place.

thanks for the info.

im only 13 so im just starting out im planning to go to montana and take my first buck sometime in the near future.

when i get all jumpy about caatching a 4 poundr than i cant emagine what it will be like to finaly take my first deer.

i don't shoot compound i shoot traditional with recurves and feathers.

due to the fact that in 6 feet and 2 inches tall, and 220 pounds i thnk i have the strength for a compound bow that is suted for hunting.
