I have a question  does this happen all across the USA . I have a bridge going to another county it is 2 lanes going and coming....... at BOTH ends it goes from 6 lanes on my side to 4 on the other WE know its bad 2 hrs to get across either way if there is accident WHY DO THEY NEED TO SPEND 1.4 mill of our TAX money to do a  3 yr study when its right there in front um each day???  i find this ridiculas  1.4 milll could be used to better our WATER ACCESS we got about 400 miles of shoreline and maybe 20 decent boatramps

You should apply for a government grant to study all of the needless studies that government money goes toward.  I'd say 1.4 million should be adaquate (plus a new bass boat) :)
