Guys, it seems like about half of the league isn't playing anymore. The team I played this week started a few guys on their bye week. What gives?

This was the first week I didnt set my roster. During last week, I planned out what I was going to do then I usually set it on sunday but i went to the nascar race sunday and only had enough time to set one roster. I had thought that i had already set this one but i hadnt. I'll be back this week though.
