I have been working on Pitching & Flipping and could use some help. I am able to Pitch a jig but am having problems with Flipping.  I have read many articles on flipping but think a video would help much more. If anyone has any info I would appriciate it.

The only information that I can possibly offer is to PRACTICE and then PRACTICE SOME MORE. Really, just do alot of practicing. You will get it down and when you are able to flip you won't believe how easy it really was.

I'd check out the KVD video. If he's ever around you go see Jimmy Houston do a seminar. Every time I see him he shows how to flip and pitch. I've also seen him take people to the side afterward and sometime outside and show them personally.
