Anyone had experience with this bait? Whatcha think?

I like the fact I can walk the dog anywhere.I have been big on throwing my soft bodied frogs into any heavy cover I can find lately and this may be the ticket... I hope. ;)

Also does anybody know the best way to modify this lure and add skirted legs. I have seen pictures before, but not sure of the best way to go about it.

Hey Justin, Do you think the skirt might interfere in the walking action? I think it probably would if the skirt was very heavy at all. Maybe tie a few strands doubled over the two hook bends and lash them on.

Good point,Though I first saw a picture of it in Bassin magazine a while back in one of last years issues but it didnt say how to do it.It was something about melting a hole and sealing it back up with something. The strands were not very long either.Looked really sweet.

I think a Rat tail in a different color would look good and not interfere with action too much. Hmmm too many ideas on too many lures. Aint it fun!

We call them "turds" and yes, they work well in the slop.   ;)
