:-/ Hi, recently I have been surfing the internet looking for a bass fishing forum.  A few days ago I came across bassrecource.com and was satisfied with it.  So I decided that i should register so i could become a member.  At the time i was at my college trying to register, and after typing in my wanted username, email, and code, the next page came up said that there had been an error (You may not register with or change your email address to one from the domain @*pharm*.)  So i figured that it was probally just something to do with the computers at school.  So I was at my girlfriends house yesterday, and decided to give it a try on her computer, again the same message appeared.  Now I am begining to get uneasy, and decide to try it once more from my own computer, once again, same occurance.  So I was wondering if there was any way that you could either fix this problem, or maybe give me some help/advice on how to fix it or change my settings on my computer if that is the case.

Above was an email i sent to this site yesterday.  For some reason, the site wouldn't let me register with my yahoo email account.  I tried with an old email i had, and it worked, but i would like to use my other email since i actually use it on a regular basis.  Like i said, i emailed this site, but the email for some reason doesn't seem to do anything either but send me back a pre-wrote computer message  

so just wondering for any help at all. thanks!

Let me be the first to welcome you to our site. It's not your computer at all.

The domain name *@pharm* is associated with thousands of pharmaceutical spammers who stalk the internet. We have that domain along with thousands of others blocked from this site to protect it and our members. My suggestion would be to continue using the old email account you have set up. The only time you should need it is to register anyway. We have a Personal Message feature that most members use instead of email to communicate with each other.

I don't know why the Yahoo account didn't work. You may have typed it wrong when you registered. I have seen that happen hundreds of times.

Is there a different screen name that you used when you tried the yahoo email address? If so please send me a Personal Message (PM) with that screen name and your yahoo address and I will see if I can help you out.
