Started Back to College today

Featured Replies

Well the day finally arrived. After a month and half of waiting, after leaving my previous job I finally started school again. It was kind've wierd because I have been out for 6 or 7 years, aside from some online courses I took last year. I am looking forward to this challenge. It will be difficult but I believe I will be more than satisfied when I am through. I have not completely decided on a major but I am leaning towards either middle grades education or 9-12 Social Studies. Sorry for such a long post, just excited to get stared and put my old miserable job behind me.

Thanks

Tony

Congrats, I'm back on the 22nd. I'm planning on teaching 9-12 grade History, specifically U.S. History.

I tried college at 17 because everyone else wanted me to go.   Didn't work to well.    Then I went back in my 30's and got my degree.   I wanted to go.

Good luck, and good for you!!!!!

Matt
