A free download of 'what' for Photoshop?

If you are looking fro a free copy of Photoshop, Photoshop CS3 is a $650 piece of software that, even if you found it, you would have to activate through Adobe, which isn't easy if your copy is pirated.  So are many of their plug-ins.

You can download GIMP, which is open-source and fee, and which is just as good for virtually everything that Photoshop CS3 can do.

I believe you can get 30 day free trials through the Adobe website

alright guys, I appreciate it.  I'll give these options a go.  Anything is better than paying 650 bucks for it  ;D  That would have came out of my "save for a boat foundation"

The trial version is for a limited time, just get GIMP, it's free. You can often get discounts on programs like Photoshop if you are a student. Other than that, I don't know of any legal ways to get photoshop

That's how I got mine.  I got about a 50% discount on it I believe.

At micro's suggestion I downloaded gimp.

Just cause it's free don't mean it's easy.

Has more features than i will ever use.
