Anyone watch last weekend?

First time I've ever gotten a PPV.  Also the first time I've ever watched UFC.  The only reason I was even interested was Brock Lesnar.

He didn't even last one round, but it was worth it.  Don't know if I'll ever get another PPV ($60 for the HD) though.

Personally i new mir had that, could you imagine how much that knee bar could have hurt!

I'm a true fan of the UFC. It's not worth the money for the Hweights all the like to do is grab on and dance. now the lower class of fighters get better the lighter they go. >:(

I am a UFC fan also, but I couldn't order it because we contacted Indemand and they had me and dad on a 20 minute hold, which we called like 15 minutes before the thing started and the hold lasted through the first part. So I gave up...

But I heard and read about what Frank Mir did to Lesnar.

With the right matchup, a good HOCKEY game can provide almost as much fight action, IMO:o)  "I went to a fight and a hockey game broke out":o)

"Slap Shot" with the Hanson Brothers is one of my all time favorite sports comedies.

Mir didn't really have it locked in.  Lesnar could have broken the hold if he wasn't so green.

Mir took some punishment from Lesnar, its a good thing the ref separated them when Lesnar got the point taken away or else Mir might have gotten a full beatdown. The knee bar was tight though, Mir is great on the ground....cant take that away from him. Lesnar will only get better with each fight.

I'm glad Nogueria whooped Tim Sylvia, maybe now he'll just fade away.

First time I'd ever seen Sylvia and I love him.

Reminds me of the KY rednecks that come over the mountain once a month.  ;)
