College, marine biology

Featured Replies

Radford University has sent me a letter. They would like me to enrole in their marine biology course. I have studied marine biology before a little. My guidance counselor sent letters to colleges around the area. Radford was the only one that replied. I just thought it was cool. They're giving me the chance to take a marine biology course, so i'm gonna take it.

Some universities have marine biology concentration within their biology department.

Others have marine biology as a major.

If you want to find the schools that have marine sciences you must Google "Sea Grant Universities" and the list will appear for each state.

I thought William and Mary was Virginia's "Sea Grant" university but it may be ODU. Check it out.

Just go to college and have a great time; get the degree; consider graduate school; or go to work and pay a lot of F.I.C.A. ;D

Just get that degree. ;)

That's pretty cool. UNC Wilmington has a top marine biology program as well. I believe it is on of the top 5 or 10 in the country.
