Hey Fellas : Dinner toinght ELAINES ROAST PEPPER SALAD

One jar of good Italian Roast Peppers

                 drain and put into a flat glass (pyrex) storage plate

4 toes of garlic; slice thin

One or two sprigs of Italian Parsley Diced Fine

Extra Virgin Olive oil

Balsamic Vinegar

Put em all to gether, mix put in covered storage tray, in frig for at least 3 days

I am eating it now, with some Semolina Italian Bread, provolone and Soprasatta !!!!!!!!!!! ATTSA NICE 8-)

Yummmm, that sounds good.  You sound like you definately have a keeper with Elaine.  I'd call it "Two ring salad."  Any woman who makes something that sounds that good deserves to have two rings on her finger! ;D
