 I read this in the paper and I believe it was localish.

A guy was arrested at, I think it was a bus stop. He was arrested for assault and injured to women one of which was fairly old. He kind of beat the crap out of them. Not sure what started it.

 The twist is he was on his way to a court ordered anger management class. I'm thinking a refund should be issued for the classes. it will help him pay fines, court costs etc.

 LOL geezssshh sometimes you wonder about this world.
