I am not sure were to post this.  But I want to take this time to Thank all of our Lady's and Men that are keeping us out of harm's way! To all that have given there lives and to all that stand watch for us! I think we tend to forget what this day is all about. Because of all the brave people that let us fish and to be able to talk on this web site and just do the things we do every day and to be in a great country and have our freedom! Thank You!

There are two days declared to honor veterans of wars, and actions, past and present.

Memorial Day, (Decoration Day when I was young), is celebrated on the last Monday in May, and it is the day to remember and honor those that gave the supreme sacrifice for our actions and beliefs. The loss of any life is a sad and tragic occurence, however the loss of life in defense of our nation's actions or war is even more so.

Veteran's Day, November 11th, is the day to remember all veterans and the sacrifices that they made.

Hey all servicemen and women appreciate people like you that give back. Today is a day to remember those who have fallen. What they have accomplished, and give thanks for those that we may live in this wonderful place and do things we love to do.

I look at Memorial Day as more than just a day off from work.
