Going fishing tomorrow on a lake 13km long 1km wide usually lots of vegetation shallow water 3-8' with weeds coming up to 6' will be on shore since i injured my knee and only thing is the paddle boat. It's Canada so i expect water temps to be in high 40's low 50's as the weather is in the 60's now. How should i attack this it will be very cloudy and rainy tomorrow with a chance of thunder storm advice needed!

I'm no expert with plastics, but what I do know is water like that I like fishing 3/8 oz. #5 gold colorado single blade spinners. natural and darker colors.  Goodluck!

Those fish should have "spawn" in mind, look for beds

Sounds like a good time for a spinner bait.  Willow leaf blades are best in weedy areas.

it's chemong i know bass opens on the 28 of june blah blah , but im c&r anyways i ended up with 2  notable fish a 2or 3 lb largie no scale and a nice crappie 12''. but the fish wouldn't hit anything i went to old trusty live worms

Watch yourself. You can get yourself in a lot of hot water, even if you practice C & R. I wish it wasn't this way but.....................

Yeah, true it was from shore at least.
