All my reels are Shimano at this point. However, I’ve had my share of Daiwa’s in the past. Those are the only two for me.

I keep all my cranks separated. Drives me nuts when I've gotta shake 8 others loose to get the one I want.

I'm a BIG TW fan. Nothing but good things to say about them.

Definitely quality over quantity, for me.

I use G Loomis GLX's. The above pretty much sums up my thoughts, obviously with Loomis inserted where St. Croix is.

My approach is similar. Well said.

I almost prefer the feel of a 51/101 sized round reel over LP. The Shimano Conquest is my favourite reel.

I most definitely use rod and reel covers. As above, you've got to protect your investment.

I write left handed. I cast with my right hand and reel with my left.

All of my rods are one brand. I don't think it's any better or overly advantageous, I just like consistency. For that matter, all of my reels are one brand, as well. Although, that could change if the right reel came along.
