The brilliant Tremé-born drummer Earl Palmer passed on Friday,9/19/08 AGE 83

This New Orleans Native was the drummer on Little Richard's rock and roll classic Tutti Frutti. He played with everyone from Little Richard to Dr. Johm . He was one of the finest studio drummers the Crecent city produced. He then moved to LA and became a session drummer for eveyone from BBKING to TOM WAITS. He is inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
