Want to stay up all night?

Featured Replies

So I'm trying to cram for a Micro Econ test in the morning and I needed to get some energy. So at one o' clock I drank a 5 hour energy and a medium McDonald's coffee. It's now almost 3 in the morning and I feel like it's 3 pm. I don't see myself falling asleep till tomorrow night. Felt like sharing

Join the crowd. I'm up due to pain in R. Shoulder.

OK just chill out. Put on some Muddy Waters or some Albert Collins and ease on into a groove 8-)

Hey bmadd; the McDonalds coffe will keep you up, makes me pee all night!  I think it uses us to transport itself around

Oh I'm groovin' mook. Got it on the Chicago Blues station on my Pandora  8-) You're right about that coffee. It sure is good stuff though.

Man I wish this MPC and APC stuff was coming as easy as this music...

MPC; if I remember this MARGIANL PROFIT OF CAPITAL?

Just hang out here and sooner of later that BS stuff will start flying around

It may mean that but in my case it's Marginal Propensity to Consume. I would love for this stuff to start coming to me haha. 9:30 is creeping up on me. Still not tired though  ;)

I myself try to keep from studying more than I have to, but my friends that don't go to their classes hit up the Adderall and No Doze the night before exams. I've heard stories though of people staying up all night to study then falling asleep at 7 and missing ther 8:00 exam.

;D

I'm not going to mess with adderall. There's a guy I have in several classes and he relies on it. He comes to class everyday looking like he hasn't slept in over a year. I'm not quite sure he's not on something else. I'm a little worried about the test overall though. We'll find out soon enough.

About a hundred years ago when I was in college, I fell asleep and slept through my Final Exam in Geography. To my great good fortune, the professor allowed me to make up the test. I made an A.

Long Mike your one lucky duck! Two years ago, my gf slept through her Spanish Final. She didn't give her teacher an excuse or anything, never talked to him. Went from a B to a C  :o

she missed a final and only dropped one letter grade?!?! that's great!

I have had my share of all nighters but I never used anything other than mountain dew, which I drink a lot anyways. I find that short 30 minute naps work well also. Work for a while, then when you get really tired, take a 30 minute nap and set two alarms to make sure you get back up.

I've never been into energy drinks but I really like these 5 hour energy shot things. Kind of sour with a little bit of a fruit juice taste but it's not something that tastes like you just drank the equivalent of three cokes and a pot of coffee in one sip. A nice healthy alternative that gets the job done.
