Well after all the delays they ended the series in 5 games. First World Series win since  1980 and first major sports title for the city since 1983 I believe. Even though I was pulling for the Rays Im still happy to see the Phillies pull it off.

The only reason I'm glad the phillies won is so they can wait another 30 years...... ;D I really hate the Phills Mets and Yanks.

I'll be honest, I missed games 1-4, and only caught the last few innings of game 5.  I love baseball, but this was somewhat anticlimactic for me.

Last year was great, but that is a very biased point of view.

I just didn't have any urge to watch the WS this year. I was pulling for the Dodgers and Sox to play.  I wanted to see Manny go up against his old ball club.

Congrats to the Phillies, This is the icing on the cake for Dallas Green who had a lot of input on how this team was put together..

I watched 4 innings of this series, because where I live in PA they are either Phillies fans or they grew up with Madden hes from here, and they are all Bigtime Mets haters, os I just let it be, I can not wait to move off this freaking mountain and back to civilization ;D ;D

The closest thing they have is the The Nationals, but they are so bad I don't know if they count or not.
