I got it tonight for my PC. Man, it's hardcore. The developers didn't pull any punches with the gore. Pretty good, so far.

My PC:

HP Pavillion d5000t

Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q9044 2.66 GHz

6 gig RAM

Nvidia 9800GT 1.0 gig

Vista Premium 64 bit

It runs it great on highest settings at 1440x900 resolution.

6GB of RAM!?! Jesus Christo!

I don't think my machine would run it well enough to make it worthwhile.

I only have 1.5GB RAM and a Geforce 6800 on a P4 with 3ghz

It was almost top of the line when I bought it four years ago as a freshmen... :-[

That beats the specs.  Probably would have to turn down some graphics, but it should run.

IMO, it's the best CoD yet.  The tank battles are incredible.  The battle for the Reichstag is very intense.

The "Zombie Nazis" at the end is a sort of arcade bonus.  Very fun, and a wee bit eerie.

Yeah, I am still above most of the minimum requirements for modern games but they don't play well enough to be worthwhile. I could barely play COD4 on my PC, it just isn't the same if it isn't running well.
