 I tried the Perch as I have heard it is supposed to be hands down the best tasting freshwater fish. I was a little dissapointed but it was ok. I don't think it was the resturant's issue as everyone else's dinner was excellent and then some.

 Next time I will try the Pike

I love yellow perch, the best reason to go ice fishing.

I have lived in wi my whole life. I can tell you walleye are better then yellow perch. But perch are good. it must have been cooked wrong. I think the only thing better is a fresh caught trout from the lake. Pike have a lot of bones so you have to eat around bones.
