xp home-explorer 6 on hers and

xp home-explorer 7 on mine

Happens to me fairly often. I can't tell you what the circumstances are when it happens. Just seems random.

I down loaded IE7 and something just ain't right with it, can't lay my finger on it. It just doesn't run as smooth as IE6.

Make sure you are up to date on all Microsoft Windows Update. You should be running Windows XP SP3. After you are up to date run a virus and spyware scan. If you need to a virus and spyware scanner download the products.

AVG - free.avg.com

Spybot - spybot.com

malewarebytes - download.com search for malewarebytes.

Hope this helps

Another free virus scanner I recommend is AVAST.  great program, self updating.

sometimes I go out of my way to click on known virus links to see if avast will catch it.  It always does (not recommended  :P )

Been having the same problem, at home, the last three days. Or, more correctly, my wife has.

I haven't had time to investigate.

Thanks for the responses guys.  At least I know I'm not alone.  A few posts ago when Glenn was telling everyone to upgrade to E7 and people were having small issues, he had them press F5 to refresh.  I had my mom do that late last night and just talked to her.  She said she hasn't had a problem since she did that. :-/
