Im fairly new with using the shad rapp's and wonder which one you guys like the best?Someone on the lake said the very first shad rapp is the best and for me to find out which one it is"color etc." haha He always wins the local tournys. Ive never used a X Rap either.Any info would be great guys.

Shad Raps have been my most used crankbait ever since they were introduced about 25 years ago. Today they have numerous lures with the Shad Rap name, but I use only the original balsa, non-rattling ones. The shallow runners work equally well as the deep divers.

I can't recommend a color, everything I've used works. If you have to choose something, I'd go with shad or bluegill and also something louder and brighter, like firetiger. That should take care of your needs.
