read the how to Frogtog, you have to buy bids at .75 cents each, there's where they make the money, heck they have a 100% off price sale, you just need to be the highest bidder and you win the item and you don't pay for it-just your bids : you know they gotta rake it up if they give away for free, like I said "wish I thought of that"

I don't know.  Seems to good to be true.  I was watching a Nikon D90 and the time reset from like 15 seconds to almost an hour.  It was only at like 40 dollars for a camera that goes for about a grand.

They are not legal in several states including Florida which suggests that they are a scam that either have or would take advantage of our retired citizens.

Let's say an item that costs $300 sells for $150...

Each person bids and it costs .75 cent per bid you make...the bid increment only goes up to .015.Add that up

That's over $1000 profit!  

But you aren't paying all of that $200 in bid fees, right? So you could technically get a good deal?

Seems sketchy though, I would avoid it.

That is if you win it...if you don't you are just "out of the money"...

Oh, alright, I gotcha. So people keep bidding to win so they don't lose money for nothing. I can see how you could very well end up buying an item for MORE than it retails.

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Back when I was doing a lot of buying and selling on eBay (around 2000), it wasn't unusual to see people paying 10-20% over retail for everyday ho-hum items.

Hell, my sister once sold a 3/4 full bottle of shampoo for almost twice what she paid for it.

all of the times are about to run out, thus making people react on impulse and bid. 8-)
