Wake is my team! I live 15 minutes from the University. I went to elementary school with #42 LD Williams and played against Nolan Smith in high school. It will be crazy if Wake beats another #1 team. I'm pumped!

I can't like more than one team? I grew up going to WF games but I didn't want to be a doctor, and I didn't want to pay 40k in tuition, so I went to APP.

Hey I love thew Cardinals and the Cubbies but I am only a Met's Fan true and true.

I was going to make my first ever team switch away from St.Jhon's. couldnt do it. I could never root for the cards wearing a Met's Cap.

Heck the Yankees play 11.6 miles from the Mets and it would be a cold day in you know where for me to root for them, no matter how much betteer the are than the Mets on a given year.

I find it strange and unusual that a fella with another teams logo in thier Avatar would be rooting so hard for a team that could put your school to rest come the Middle to end of March

APP is not in the same division as Wake. APP is D-1AA. Wake is D-1A. While APP could place in the NCAA tourney, it is highly unlikely and impossible this year. I can't remember the last time they got a berth.

Okay, I got that. I still wouldn't be wearing a Mets Cap and rooting for another team.

There is no D-IAA in basketball.  Only football, and technically it is now the FCS.  No doubt the Mount me's just aren't near Wake's level in basketball, but they may have been able to take them in football a year ago.  

That was a nice inbounds play to ge tthe win.  I respect the Wake program a ton.
