That was a great read.  I'm trying to tweak my diet as much as I can right now.  I lost enough weight to lower my blood pressure to normal levels but I'm a predisposed diabetic and really need to get on my "A" game.  I've actually planned to start harvesting some fish this year.  Changing the way I eat is easy for me but it's tough to keep it consistent at home because my wife is such a picky eater.

yeah. I have been working on the same thing as far as diet. Got down to the lowest I have been in over 10 years. Aiming for lowest since high school soon. Fish has become a huge part of my diet lately.
