Made 2 orders this week from my tackle supplier. Tuesdays order shipped out Tuesday afternoon from Lexington Ky at 9:54 pm, arrived Knoxville TN 1:06 am, left Knoxville 3:54 am, arrived Bristol VA 7:02 am, (now know that Bristol is about 40 miles from here and where our UPS trucks come from) 7:52 am out for delivery, cool I'm gettin my stuff. 10:03 pm departure scan from Bristol, what it never left the hub when it was out for delivery???? 12:35 am arrives in Knoxville??? 3:59 am departure scan (it set in Knoxville 27 hours), 7:03 am TODAY arrival scan.........wait for it.......................NASHVILLE, TN.

Now the second order I placed on Wednesday. Ships out no problem from Lexington, goes to Knoxville, Bristol, and to me next day. Hey that's great I am on the 2 day shipping from the warehouse UPS does a good one in my favor................Or did they. Open the package got everything except for the reels 2 Curado E7's and a Daiwa Viento. Call the warehouse they were packed, they say check the package for evidence of tampering. They only use brown tape at the warhouse, well there is clear tape over top of it and over top of the shipping label. What do you know UPShit does it to me again, someone there has $550.00 worth of reels free.

THANK YOU UPS.

Oh yeah, the reels were ordered in for a customer that needed them this weekend.

I can understand why you're upset.  However, it doesn't sound to me that you've tried contacting UPS to file a grievance.

As I've stated elsewhere on these forums, this site isn't a place to attempt to resolve issues with companies.  You need to work it out directly with them.

I can sympathize with your frustration, and understand your need to vent.  But please contact UPS directly and demand a satisfactory resolution.
