Get their Spring fishing sale flyer last week.  Internet/catalog orders only.  Decide to order an onboard charger and a few other things for the boat.  Threw it in my online cart and forgot to order that day.

Get an email from BPS Saturday, offering $20 off the items in my cart.  Great, $20 is $20, good deal plus rewards points.  So I click on the link in the email, sign into my account and get ready to place the order.  Make it almost through the checkout process, getting to the last step where my discount disappeared.

Tried at least 10 times, each time the discount disappeared once I made it to the end.  Tried calling them, never could talk to a real person.  They must have cut their phone order staff down to nothing.

Finally managed to get the order through by not signing into my account, which means I won't get rewards points and I didn't get to use my accumulated rewards points.

Just when you think they've got their website straightened out, they manage to screw it up.  

Why am I not surprised to hear any of that? :

I'll stop in at the Sevierville BPS if I'm by there, but this is the first time I've ordered from BPS in almost two  years.

Ive gotten over my love affair with BPS. Bass shop for me lol.

What kind of charger did you get? I need a real good two bank on-board charger. Any suggestions?
