MySpace.com ?

Featured Replies

No doubt. I've spent most of my time trying to forget some of the kids I knew. But on the other hand, there are some kids that I still miss.

My myspace is only up because I need somewhere to post assignments for a class. The teacher wanted it all our stuff on the web so anyone in our class could view it.

Facebook used to be a good way to find people in your classes back when it was only open to college students. Yes it's better to talk with people in person, but when you don't have their phone number it's pretty handy.

If enough people are on there its a pretty good way to communicate with a large group of people other than through email. That's what we do as a class. If there is something going on that's not related to school it's a great way to spread the word. Then you just have let the people without it know whats going on too. Out of 163 people in my class 119 are on there.

JT, Myspace used to be the thing, but now it's Facebook.

Dude I should have listened to you when you first told me this.

I joined facebook a while back and it is way busier than myspace. Most of my graduating class is on there. I even saw some chicks on there that I had forgot I even dated. lol Apparently they didn't leave lasting impressions.

The fishing groups on there seem ok too.

I have an account. My daughter made me do it.

She made you eh? I dont think anyone believes this haha

I have any account on myspace that i made when i was bored. Alot of my friends used it. Never did see the point of it. I hate it and only get on once in the blue moon to check out some ladies  8-)

I'm 18 and I don't have ether

I don't really think that I'm missing out on anything ether

Wish we had live chat on BassResource.com though

I have both but only check in on them every now and then. I have a friend in the Army overseas and it makes it easier to keep in contact with him. Man, everybody and their brother is on Facebook even people who were not your "friends" want to be your "friend".

Both here. I added you JT

myspace is for all my friends at school.. and facebook is for family and fishing friends mainly.

I have one that Ive not used in a while for 3 reasons:

1. My mom made one and spies on myself and my friends. One time she acquired my password and read all of my messages :-[

2. I was sick of those jackasses being petty about how many friends I had. I had around 400 and thought it was dumb so I whittled them down to around 100-150.

3. I just use a phone. Unlimited texting and the gift of speech are pretty useful.

If anyone wants to look at it, search the name RED RANGER. Yes, I am an internet power ranger.

Just what I was fixin' to say. MySpace seems to cater to the younger crowd. Facebook is where it's at.

Exactly.  Myspace caters to a young crowd, and due to everyone being able to customize their page....many are waay too busy.  Facebook is great; I've found long-time friends and old friends have found me.  Facebook is one of the websites that makes you really appreciate the power of the internetl.  I would have never seen these people again.
