All replies should have suggested seeing a doctor. Coming here to ask a medical question is ridiculous. The only legitimate answer will come from a face to face interaction with a physician. You do have a medical question!

Do what I do: when you're tired, drink a coffee. When the coffee wears off, drink another one. Repeat until you've done all you have to.

I'm a respiratory therapist, which is why I suggested looking into sleep apnea. And two people before you two did suggest seeing a doctor.
