money minnow

Featured Replies

I went fishing tonight at about 8 and I was brim fishing the day befor and had a 4-5lb bass hit the brim I had just caught and thought that I might try a swimbait and I put on the money minnow that I didnt use yet and caught 3 nice bass. I started to catch em in the rain so I guess thats when to use it.

I've seen those in the stores lately, but haven't really had the urge to buy any, especially given the price. I don't think it would be any more effective than a spinnerbait, or a jerkbait worked quickly, although I may be wrong.

By the way, where's Long Mike?  :)

i use them as a replacement for a spinnerbait when it seems like the fish want something a little more subtle. They have produced fairly well for me
