Speaking of POW! Did anyone see Oklahoma St. and Georiga game, where GA flat out level one of the OK St. receiver and they called it personal foul? The Ok. St receiver touch the ball and got level. Then GA receiver did same and got level also, they called personal fouls on both of those play.

I've seen safeties level WRs like that all time and they never get that called.

on College Scoreboard they were talking about that. They said something about a new rule that made it illegal.
