OK, Now I have to buy more Chatterbaits! But what do boys think are the better colors? I fish in SE.Wisconsin and clear water to darker green color lakes! ;)

Color isn't real high on my priority list. Having said that, I've been using white with good success, although I'm sure any number of other colors would do just as well. If you're a spinnerbait user, I'd choose the same colors you use with them.

I would go with chartreuse/white or plain chartreuse with a white super fluke trailer.

Aye!

I guess I have to break the string -- my best performance on color last year was on black/blue and black/red -- I also caught some on a brown with a gold blade and black trailer.

i live in green bay wi and fish mainly lakes north of me .... i olny have baught a few colors ( blk-blu , red-wht , and wht-chart ) .... most waters i fish are crystal clear to gin clear ,,, but we do get the green water here and there during the dog days of summer .... any way ive caught 3 bass and 1 pike on the chatter baits all fish where caught on the blk-blu ....  again i olny toosed these baits a few times so i may be wrong but IMO get a blk-blu one for sure ....  ;D

I have fished the chatterbait in every color they make. Landed fish with each color with many different trailers. One of my favorite is with a super fluke without a skirt. That being said, I think it's the action that the fish like not the color. (JMHO)

Just a thought, this spring I think I will try the CB with a plastic frog as a trailer. I might even try it with a swim bait or the new GYCB swim senko. What's the worst thing that can happen?

Have fun!

a white chatterbai with a white skirt with a zoom super fluke is the best choise for clear water.

Majority of the chatterbait should be white...that is the all purpose color for chatterbaits and spinnerbaits.

You catching a monster with that, and making millions.  That's the worst I can see happening.
