Ive been bulking up for the past 3 months or so put on a pretty solid 12lbs, now its time to get the beach bod back lol. This is going to suck im only going to be taking in 2300 calories a day. I kinda miss being the fat kid lol. Nobody take my man card, but is there a decent beer to drink while on a diet . im in college and beer is pretty much a staple in my diet as bad as that sounds lol

Guiness is your lowest calorie mainstream "regular" beer.  I think they're about 150 calories apiece. Drinking is fine, moderation and exercise is key.  Good luck, I'll be joining you.

Good low calorie beer? Light beer tastes like carbonated deer urine, and all of the Mich Ultras tastes like dirty pond water. So just drink what you want to drink, and do it in moderation ( Instead of 6 drink 3) Good Luck

I lost 20 pounds since I'm back to work.....I was pushing 230,I'm now just a tad over 210.My goal is to hit 200 by the end of this month.My major goal is to hit 180 and maintain that weight.

I'm taking in less than a 1000 calories a day and just drinking a lot of water.I haven't had a drop of beer in over 3 months.I say I'm doing pretty good....I feel better that's for sure!

Grimlin how do you stay full? any tips? i always have a craving for sweets late at nightfor some reason .. also i just finished my first serious cardio in awhile and it actually felt pretty d**n good

If you are like me you don't....But I've been eating more fruits and vegetables at night instead of the late night burrito/junk food run. If you eat healthy you can eat 4-5 times and still maintain your calorie intake.

Key for me was avoid those sweets...The first week will drive you insane,but after that it gets easier.It's almost like your body don't want it anymore.

Yesterday was the first time(in 2 months) i ate a burger(red robins) and i couldn't even eat the whole thing.My body adjusted to it now.Believe me I stayed full the entire night.

Keep drinking lots of water and working out.Stay away from those sugary sweets.Try to replace those sweets with something else.That's what i did.

thanks. for the tips. thats the one thing i love about my diet im eatting 5 healthy meals a day to get to my calorie intake. And good like getting to your goal weight of 180!
