I think you just hit the insert media tab above the box where you type in your message and insert the link. (it's the 5th tab over underneath the subject box)

    Just goes to show you geese are EVIL. Got in a fight with one in a trout stream. Thing waited till I was chest deep wading and then made a beeline for me. I ended up whipping it in the head with a rod before it left me alone.
