11.5 years active duty USMC

Living so close to Eglin AFB, I get a chance to meet some excellent men and women in uniform. My neighbor is going on something like 15 years now and still going strong. Both of my parents did I think 6 years in the Army which is how they met (in Germany, Stutgart). My best friend growing up and for the past 25 years did 6 years before his convoy got nailed in Iraq from an IED and he got medical discharge. Sad part is they are trying to screw him out of most or all of his benefits and he has been fighting that for the past few years.

My hat is off to your guys for doing what you do and did on a daily basis.

9.5 years active USMC, 0341 got out august of 07

Active duty US Navy!  Submarine Yeoman currently on recruiting duty in south Florida.  Looking for a bass club, no luck.  I leave in October to go back to Kings Bay Georgia on a Sub.  I can't wait!! I'm a sea dog, I need some salt!!! 

USCG Search and Rescue. 10 years and counting.
