I will be taking the test in my Culinary class, and was wondering if you guys had any helpful tips and/or hints. I'll be taking it on Nov. 5

1. You can go online and get the practice tests.

2.  Danger zone starts a 41F

3.  Study

4.  Re-read the section on cross contamination

5.  Study

6.  Learn the food-borne vs. Bacteria borne

7.  Study

You should do fine..... ;)

thanks man,

I hear most of it is common sense, but I'm bad at naming illnesses, what causes them, and there symptoms.
