The tone was set as players were told to start arriving at Valley Ranch 45 minutes earlier than before. Once there, players had to make sure they didn't fall asleep or show up late to meetings. On the field, attention to details became important.

If that's any indication as to how things have done for the past few years is it any wonder that the Cowboys have consistently dissappointed?

..... Everytime I see Matt Millen giving game critiques it makes me sick! All this expertise couldn't get his Lions a single win in 08 (making them the second team, other than the 76 Bucs to go 'defeated') nor could it win a single road game for years and years. (and i think that's current again)

The road loss count is at 25 and counting.  That's three plus years of the Lions knowing they don't need to put out any effort on the road.  You could tell by last weekends game against the lowly Buffalo Bills.

It should also be fun to watch Kitna put a whooping on his old team.
