    Thank you all for your kind words. It has been an awesome journey to say the least. The only advice I can give to anyone that is looking to lose weight is that there are no secrets and no shortcuts. It just takes time, sweat, pain and hunger....and lots of it!

    Congratulations ! and as an added bonus ~ you discovered the secret to living a happy, healthy and full life !
