Where do i find pan fish early fall? I have a family member who loves pan fish. His health is failing. Im fishing here.

i only found one cove all the way at the end. Used a cast master and i could catch a few. decent size. I would like to know.

1. Do they bite deeper out? i tried the lure and i got nothing... i used a split shot to get it deeper but all i got was snagged. They didnt seem to be interested in my crappie lures.

2. Why are meal worms not working?
