my brother is stationed at offut airforce base in nebraska. he wanted me to get on here and ask if anyone fishes for catfish near omaha and where they like to go to catch them. everyone keeps telling him that he needs a boat for the big rivers. but any help would be nice thanks.

There are alot of places to fish from the bank on the missouri river. Or he could go te desoto bend lake and carter lake. Sorry i know thats not very many but i live in council bluffs, ia just right across the river. so i don't fish nebraska very much all these places you can fish with either a nebraska or iowa fishing license.
