i was wandering what kind of bait to use when trying to catch trout.I have a lot of bass fishing gear and now need to get some stuff for trout.Im new to fishing and learning as much as possible as i go along. If you could help me out that would be great and also what about tiger muskies i want to catch one of those this year.

My favorite lure for rainbow trout is the panther martin.  It's just a little spinner, and it will catch small trout, but it will also get the big ones!

I also like the super duper. It is also a spinner and looks kind of odd, like a bent piece of metal, but I swear by it.  It works wonders in the rivers, streams, and high mountain lakes of Idaho.

Any small spinners will work. Haven't tried the Panther Martins. I might have to pick some of those up. I personally would suggest your basic Rooster Tails. Just buy a few colors and figure out what the Trout in your area are biting.
