South texas baffin bay, we fished from the King ranch land "lomo" or "lobo" my dad called it found a nice sandbar stretching for about 50 yards ending at a 25 ft + drop nearly every cast was a catch. Here is one of my reds caught on a small peice of shrimp missed a bite and i didnt feel like bringing it in yet soi left it for a bit.CIMG2110.jpg

Nice redfish, we don't have many in south florida, mosquito lagoon is a decent place to catch them.

a lot of public bays like (site 55, riveria pier, riveria beach, drumpoint etc.) they are filled with a bunch of small ones the bigger ones never venture over their they stay out of casting range on kennedy and king ranch land so when we hit up king ranch we almost always pull in BIG reds  texas record will be pulled from there with more people fishing that land. Takes some HIGH winds and High tide to get som ebig ones that find their way farther in the bay. Lures arent a big thing here but shrimp on a leader is by far the BEST way to fish them here lures are like a second language to everyone here. Drum, Red, and trout are just about all your going to catch for game fish though =/ limited but we know em well
