Skeeter is sponser of B.A.S.S.

Featured Replies

This is a quote from somebody at Skeeter.

"Ok Guys it is finally official we are sponsors of B.A.S.S. Actually Skeeter is the Official Boat Sponsor of B.A.S.S. Something our counter part Triton can not say anymore. I will let you guys know all the particulars once we have contract in hand and I can break it down."

If it's true, That is cool. I just hope they let the guys fish out of their own boats all four days.

Interesting.

I wonder how much Skeeter had to pay to knock out Triton?

Good advertising and marketing scheme.

Skeeter must be looking to increase sales this year.

I don't think Skeeter knocked out Triton. I think Triton left and Skeeter moved in.

I know Triton wasn't very happy about the guys wanting to fish out of their boats on the last day.

I'm sure Ike's rant the final day of the Classic didn't help much either.

Is word out whether or not Skeeter will be supplying boats for the Classic or will the Pro's still be in there own?

This is news?  I thought this was announced a few months ago.  At least that's when I learned about it.  I can't remember how I found out now, but thought it was public knowledge.

The pros will be fishing out of their own personal boats from what I understand.
